We ship to the US only. We ship USPS Express Mail, FedEx overnight and UPS. Airport-to-Airport by Air Cargo is available for an additional fee of $25.00 plus the price of the freight which will be collect. Pick-up is by appointment only.
We do not recommend using USPS priority mail. While they advertise 2- to 3-day delivery it can be delayed and some priority shipments in the past have taken up to three weeks to arrive at their destination. |
There is never a box charge, oxygen charge or packing charge. Heat packs are available, and are mandatory during cold weather months. We use one heat pack for a small box and two heat packs for a large box. Heat packs are $1.00 each. |

All shipments must be accepted on the first delivery attempt. A digital photo of all DOAs in the original shipping bag must be taken and emailed to us within 2 hours of delivery. |
